Clinic Location in Bolton Corners Building:

When facing Bolton Corners Building, enter the door to the far right. Go up the stairs to the 2^nd floor. Immediately see to your right an open door to a small waiting room. Please take a seat there.

For Handicapped:

When facing the building, use ramp with railing to the right and enter the far right door.  See the elevator to the left and go to 2^nd floor. Walk right and pass the top of the staircase to see an open door to a small waiting room. Please take a seat there.

Parking:

Ample parking is always available in the Bolton Corners lot adjacent to the building.
